Yes, we know, we need to increase our intake of vegetables! This class provides information about the benefits of vegetables and tips of how to increase your daily intake. Also we will discuss the benefits of organic and how to get your best pick of vegetables without breaking the bank.

Mediterranean Diet for a healthy heart - 8th of November
Based on the traditional dietary patterns of Greece, Spain and Southern Italy, the Mediterranean diet is known for its beneficial properties for a healthy heart. In this class we will learn all about why this diet is so beneficial and how you can add more ‘Mediterranee’ in your daily life!
